With 20 years of experience as a professional communicator, Jaime has a diverse background including experience in public and media relations, crisis communications, international diplomacy, and technology education. He has helped startup businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, non-profit organizations, and all levels of government agencies clearly communicate to a diverse set of audiences. His work includes developing and managing strategic communications, video production and direction, drone piloting and contact with national and local reporters in education and youth issues, sports, healthcare, technology, new energy/chemicals and business.
Jaime graduated from Linfield College with a degree in Education and earned his Master’s of International Relations – Asian Politics from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He now lives on Bainbridge Island (near Seattle) with wife Erin and two children Emerson and Abigail.

Robin Mervin
Filmmaker
Robin is a passionate and amazingly creative Director/Producer/Editor with more than 10 years of professional experience across diverse industries. He specializes in bringing ChangeUp’s clients’ stories to life through the use of videography, photography and motion graphics. His background in drama “in front of the camera”, coupled with years working with highly technical video, photo and sound equipment “behind the camera”, provides a unique blend of skills allowing him to bring imaginative ideas to client projects, while mastering the fine details to make a video explode off the screen.
